I'd like to take up the part of Edward Elric ^^
I don't know if you want an example or not.. But if you do, here ya go!:
Example:
"Three PM," Edward sighed, snapping the silver pocket watch shut as he stretched both his human and mechanical arms. He leaned back onto a tree trunk that happened to be right behind him. His blonde hair was tugged a bit by the wind, a fact that he would simply ignore for the time being. Or at least until it began to annoy him.
Gradually, he slid down the tree and rested himself to sit on the ground. His topaz eyes flickered about, taking note of the city known to be Central.
He stared to the blue of the sky, thoughts running throughout his head. In his mind, he was selfish. He was wrong in ways that could not be described. The hell he had dragged his brother into with him. That was a sin that was unforgivable. His arm and leg were nothing compared to what Al was going through. Sure, it was punishment, but Al was less guilty then he. Alphonse Elric should not have been the one to suffer for his wrong-doings.
With a heaved breath, the alchemist pulled out his watch again, a white-gloved finger tracing over the smooth surface and the symbol that was placed on the front. His finger pressed the button as it clicked, causing the top of the pocket watch to fly open.
Honey eyes shifted over the words engraved into the inside. 'Don't Forget. 3.Oct.10'
Those honey irises soon grew a sense of determination and confidence as he closed the top with his finger. "I promise, Al... You'll get your body back if it's the last thing I do..."

(Hmmm... May I take the part as Winry Rockbell? I've roleplayed her so much that it's weird NOT to be her... ^^)

Here's an example just in case:

Frolicking down the streets, came long, flowy locks of sunny blonde hair, along with a high-pitched squeal and astral eyes.

"EEEEEE! "

There in the translucent shop window, was a shiny, sparkled automail arm model called the M-19. It was fully modified, and even had diamond-tipped fingers. Coming in different sizes; whether it was extremely large (size of a grizzly bear), moderately large (size of Sig Curtis), medium, small, or extra small, they all were suited for combat.

Winry clawed her fingers to the window, trying to touch such a magnificent piece of work from a distance. Her mouth gaped open like a child gazing at their favorite candy. The sugar she could practically taste on her lips was unbearable.

However, when she saw the tag for its price, her mouth automatically sagged downward into a frown.

'800,000 cens?!' she thought. 'Is the surface fitted with gold?! Geez!'

Flipping back around, she smiled in a giddy fashion to the young man in a red coat and seven-foot-tall suit of armor. She was going to get that model... Whatever it takes...

I'd like to claim Roy Mustang.

I'm really new at this, so I'm not sure what to come up with for an example, but here goes.

Carefully schooled features revealed no hint of emotion as Gen. Hakuro haughtily browbeat Col. Mustang for failing, yet again, to apprehend the elusive murderer Scar. Mustang calmly accepted the insulting admonishments with a polite, "Yes, sir."

Passively he watched Hakuro turn on his heel and walk away before turning to walk down the opposite corridor with Riza at his side.

"General Hakuro was certainly in a fine mood," Riza muttered as they turned a corner.

"Understandable. The situation with Scar has everyone on edge," Roy comments diplomatically. "However," he begins, capturing Riza's full attention. "He did remind me that I should resume my research into cool flames. I want to focus on easily finding the right balance of temperature and combustible materials, such as a military uniform loaded with brass, to achieve the right conditions to start a low grade fire without an external ignition source."

Turning to study the infamous Flame Alchemist, Riza arches a brow a brow before sighing heavily and refocusing her attention back ahead of them. "You really should be more mindful of uttering such statements aloud, Sir."
